100% Scottish wool (a blend of cheviot, zwartbles, and hebridean); this double knitting yarn has 230 yards & 100 grams per skein. the machair is the diverse flowering habitat found in Uist ; this colourway is hand-dyed in layered shades of soft heathery purple & pink as well as greens, grays, & yellows.
