Coorie In Cowl

This digital knitting pattern is for a cosy, double-sided cowl that is knitted in the round using a two-colour slip stitch pattern.  The pattern includes two sizes, with a finished circumference of 28 (36) inches and a finished depth of 10 (9) inches.

The pattern uses one skein each of two different colours of the Uist Wool Sith DK; samples shown use "clachan sands" for colour A and "an cuan canach" for colour B (small size; left in main photo), and "crotal buidhe" for colour A and "an cuan canach" for colour B (large size; right in main photo).  You could also substitute the Superwash Merino/Cashmere/Nylon DK.

Skills required include the knit stitch, slipping stitches, working in the round, and optional provisional cast on and either grafting or three-needle bind off.  Notions required include 5mm circular needles (or the size that you need to get the correct gauge) with a 60cm (80cm) cable, a locking stitch marker or safety pin, and waste yarn if doing the optional provisional cast on.

You will receive a digital PDF copy of the pattern to download when your order is marked as fullfilled (this will either be when you complete checkout if you are ordering the pattern only, or when your yarn is shipped if you order both pattern & yarn).
